General terms of sale, installation and delivery
Version 2026-1.
1. Seller and applicability
These terms apply to agreements between Kylvärmegruppen AB, reg. no. 559000-0000, and the customer for the purchase of goods and services. Swedish law applies.
2. Formation of agreement
An agreement is formed when we confirm the order in writing. We may rescind in case of obvious price errors or suspected fraud.
3. Prices, VAT and payment
Prices are stated in SEK incl. VAT. Payment via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Swish) or invoice after credit check. Late-payment interest per the Swedish Interest Act.
4. ROT tax deduction
ROT deduction (30% on labor) applies to installation in private homes. The customer is responsible for eligibility.
5. Delivery and risk
Delivery within Sweden via Ingrid. Risk passes on receipt.
6. Installation and service work
The service is performed professionally by certified staff. Late cancellation (under 24h) incurs a SEK 1,250 incl. VAT call-out fee.
7. Right of withdrawal (distance sales)
Consumers have 14 days right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.
8. Warranty and complaints
Consumers: 3 years. Businesses: reasonable time, max 2 years. See the warranty page. Warranty.
9. Limitation of liability
Liability insurance with Länsförsäkringar. Liability for indirect damages towards businesses is limited to the purchase sum.
10. Personal data
Processed under GDPR and our privacy policy.
11. Dispute resolution
Consumers may turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Disputes are examined by Stockholm District Court.
