Service agreement terms

1. Scope

The service agreement covers preventive maintenance per the manufacturer's recommendations, refrigerant leak inspection under the EU F-gas regulation, and control system function checks. Spare parts are not included unless explicitly stated.

2. Term and termination

The agreement runs for 12 months and renews automatically for another 12 months unless terminated at least 1 month before expiry.

3. Fee and price adjustment

The fee is invoiced annually in advance. We may adjust the price annually in line with CPI or industry cost developments.

4. Booking and execution

We contact the customer for booking. Late cancellation (under 24 hours) incurs a call-out fee of SEK 1,250 incl. VAT.

5. Other terms

Other matters are governed by our terms of sale and delivery and privacy policy.
